After 107 Years, The “Y” Will Be Leaving 62 Main Street
For more than a century, the Tarrytown Y has been operating on south Main Street, where over the years it has worked to keep up with changing times–new trends in fitness, new demands for child care, which has become one of its largest programs. But to continue to stay abreast of changing community needs, the Y’s leadership has determined that it would take $6 million worth of renovations.
