The retail team was awarded exclusive assignments with numerous national retailers. 1980's 2000's A company on the rise 2000's The company, now Friedland Realty Advisors, became an early pioneer of digital marketing by leveraging its unparalleled database of tenant and landlord information. The company successfully closed transactions with household names like Lockheed Martin, Walgreens, and United Technologies. 1990's 2010's the company evolves 2010's The company is sold to a group of private investors including the principals of the Robert Martin Company, one of the largest Regional owners of commercial real estate.
The company is rebranded as RM Friedland and taken under new leadership. An investment sales division is started with a team of the Region’s market leaders, possessing a proven track record of over $2 Billion in sale transactions. 2000's 2020's The nifty fifty 2020's RMF celebrates its 50th anniversary and launches an Office Division with the strategic recruitment of one of the region's most prolific office brokers and the subsequent hiring of additional talented office team members. 2010's Today the now and the future Today RMF is maintaining its upward trajectory by strategically expanding its territories into Queens and other parts of the Tri-State area.
