Chris O’Callaghan joined RMF in October of 2020 as its Managing Director of the Office Division. Chris is spearheading the Office Division’s growth working on recruiting and various business development initiatives. Chris has been one of Westchester’s most prolific office brokers over the past couple of decades.

Prior to joining RMF, Chris served as Managing Director of JLL. Chris has negotiated many of the most significant real estate transactions in the region, involving such companies as AT & T, New York Life, Snapple, White Plains Hospital, Waterhouse Securities, TRIARC, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Emcor Group, Inc., Morrow & Company, State Street Bank, Hitachi, Business Council of Westchester and United Technologies, to name just a few. Chris has negotiated lease and sale transactions valued at over $1Billion involving over $20 million square feet.

Chris is the former Chairman of the Board of the Business Council of Westchester County, which represents over 1,200 member businesses in Westchester County and New York State. He is also the former Chairman of the Westchester Economic Development Business Coalition. Chris has served on the Boards of NAIOP (The National Association of Industrial and Office Parks), the Food Bank of Westchester, POTS (Part of the Solution), The American Red Cross, Greenwich Hospital, and United Hospital Medical Center. Additionally, Chris has served as President of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of Westchester and past Grand Marshall of The Sound Shore St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Jillian Reiner is an associate in RM Friedland’s office and industrial divisions. Recognized throughout the County as an emerging young professional, Jillian represents both landlords and tenants. A key goal of hers is to build long-term, mutually beneficial, strategic relationships that will lead to her continued success and enable the firm to distinguish itself as a market leader in the Westchester County marketplace. Jillian currently represents over 3.5 million SF in agencies.

Reiner grew up in a real estate family and understands the real estate business. Her father operates a boutique commercial real estate company on Long Island. For years, Jillian has been alongside her father, his associates and partners learning about the business from deal selection, through to execution and ongoing management of residential and commercial properties. Jillian is a self-starter who works best knowing what the responsibilities and goals are. Once on a project, she has been complimented for being able to recognize the big picture in anticipating the requirements of customers, clients, managers and her team. Reiner has a creative eye as well as a logical business skillset. She has enjoyed great satisfaction utilizing her education and passion in creative concept and presentation, in the use of social media, market research, and deal execution.

Prior to her beginning her career in Real Estate, Jillian graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Robert Taylor brings over 25 years of office and retail leasing experience to RM Friedland. Numerous office and retail projects have been successfully leased under his guidance. He was most recently with Avison Young, however, the majority of his career was spent at The Staubach Company. He was a Managing Director of the Company’s Northeast region. After the Corporate Services division of Staubach merged with Jones Lang LaSalle, he spent two years there as Senior Vice President. In the past, Bob was the leasing agent for 505 Park Avenue, Tower 56, 40 West 57th Street and 90 William Street. He was also leasing agent for: The Watergate Office Complex in Washington, D.C., on behalf of the British Coal Board; Washington Harbor for the Long Term Credit Bank of Japan; The Herald Square Building for its developer, Investcorp; and 1331 F Street for the United Bank of Kuwait. In New York, he has represented such companies as Saatchi & Saatchi, The Ford Motor Company, NY1 News, Emirates Airlines and Fortress Investments.
