Sarah Jones-Maturo has been president of RM Friedland LLC since November of 2015 where she oversees the firm’s associate brokers, salespeople and staff.
RM Friedland is the largest privately held commercial real estate brokerage and consulting company headquartered in Westchester County. During her tenure at the firm, she has led a complete rebranding and started an investment sales division with a previous track record of $2.4 Billion. She also recruited one of Westchester County’s most prominent office brokers for the Office Division, in addition to leading business development initiatives on key projects such as the retail components of RXR’s master development in New Rochelle and the Edge on Hudson development in Sleepy Hollow. She also spearheaded the creation of RM Friedland’s Consulting Division, which includes the Westchester County Government as its client. Today, RM Friedland is one of the largest companies of its kind in the Hudson Valley.
Before RM Friedland, Sarah spent eleven years as an office broker at CBRE, where she and her partners were recognized by Real Estate Forum as one of the top office brokerage teams in the Country.
Sarah has received numerous awards and accolades throughout her career. She was recently selected as a 2025 Globe Street Women Of Influence Honoree. In 2021, she received recognition from the Business Council Of Westchester as a Women In Business Honoree. In 2014, she was recognized as one of “Tomorrow’s Leaders” by Real Estate Forum. The year prior, she was appointed to the highly selective CBRE National Brokerage Advisory Board. She was also named RENJ Magazine’s “Top 30 Under 30” in 2006 and 2008 and was named CBRE’s Associate of the Year and Rookie of the Year in 2005 and 2006, respectively. During her transactional brokerage career, she represented companies such as Sony, Sprint, and Dow Jones to name a few, and in 2014 and 2015 alone transacted over one million square feet of deals.
Sarah is the immediate past Chairperson of the New York Community Foundation, Westchester and is on the Advisory Board for The Business Council of Westchester. She formerly served on the Advisory Board of Fordham University’s Real Estate Institute and is an acting member of the Larchmont Planning Board. Sarah received her B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross. She resides in Larchmont with her husband, two children, and dog.
