Originally from Darien, CT, Dillon began his career in sales with Cutco Cutlery and Vector Marketing. He quickly demonstrated a strong work ethic and natural leadership skills, moving into assistant and branch management roles. In 2018, as the Branch Manager for Greenwich and Stamford, his team finished as one of the top-performing offices in the country, achieving noteworthy productivity levels.

After graduating from Providence College in 2020, Dillon took on the role of District Manager for Westchester County where he oversaw a team that ranked among the top new district teams nationwide. Over his tenure, Dillon has personally sold over $500,000 in products through in-home demonstrations, while training and managing more than 400 sales representatives who collectively generated over $1.2 million in revenue.

His educational background includes a degree in Marketing, a minor in Finance, and a concentration in Psychology from Providence College.
