Chris O’Callaghan joined RMF in October, 2020 as its Managing Director of the Office Division. Chris spearheads the Office Division’s growth, working on recruiting and various business development initiatives. Chris has been one of Westchester and Fairfield Counties' most prolific office brokers over his 40-year career.

Chris has negotiated many of the most significant real estate transactions in the region, involving such companies as AT & T, Cadbury Schweppes, New York Life, Snapple, Prodigy, Montefiore Hospital, TRIARC, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Emcor Group, Inc., Morgan Stanley (represented in the purchase of their asset management headquarters in Purchase, NY), Hitachi, The Business Council of Westchester and United Technologies, to name just a few. Chris has been the Landlord's Agent for most of the Class A buildings in Westchester County, representing over 6,000,000 SF of buildings, and has negotiated lease and sale transactions valued at over $3 Billion involving over $50 million SF.

Chris is the former Chairman of the Board of the Business Council of Westchester County, which represents over 1,200 member businesses in Westchester County and New York State. He is also the former Chairman of the Westchester Economic Development Business Coalition. Chris has served on the Boards of NAIOP (The National Association of Industrial and Office Parks), the Food Bank of Westchester, POTS (Part of the Solution), The American Red Cross, Greenwich Hospital, and United Hospital Medical Center. Additionally, Chris has served as President of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of Westchester and past Grand Marshall of The Sound Shore St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
