3 brand-new mixed-use developments offered by the same developer at 1611 University Avenue, 4697 Third Avenue, and 1769 Jerome Avenue in The Bronx

CHALLENGE

One of the mixed-use buildings is located in a transitional area (a concentrated automotive repair corridor) and another is in a 2nd tier market.

RESULT

Created a comprehensive marketing package targeted towards regional and national tenants, secured leases for both developments prior to TCO approval by national franchisee’s and local businesses.
