Wilder Balter Partners proposes residential building on site of YMCA in Tarrytown

RMF’s John Barrett is representing the Family YMCA at Tarrytown and the developer in this project as Wilder Balter Partners gets approval from the Planning Board for the 109 units on Main Street in Tarrytown.
